Buying a home is likely the largest financial transaction you will make over the course of your lifetime and also requires careful analysis and consideration to insure you are positioning yourself in the best mortgage plan to suit your specific short and long term financial goals. Deb does not take this responsibility lightly. She has a firm belief she has a fiduciary responsibility to each person she has the privilege and honor to serve. Her mission is to carefully guide and educate clients through the home loan process, so they feel confident as they make choices about the many options available for their financing strategy. One very important area to consider when choosing a Lender to represent you is their overall knowledge of the mortgage markets and how best to advise you when it comes to choosing an interest rate and whether to float the market or lock the rate. Deb spends a great deal of time monitoring the markets and watching key technical data that when not monitored, can cost a person, or save literally, thousands of dollars. Deb would be extremely happy to share her expertise and knowledge to help you to invest in a new home, second home, or investment property so that you can enjoy the tax benefits, build equity and become part of a new community! Deb is additionally an expert in assisting current homeowner’s or investors looking to refinance or restructure their current mortgage to improve the current rate, switch from a ARM program to a stable fixed rate, pull cash out to consolidate debt, make home improvements, or help with the kids college education, or just any other need or desire one might be looking to do with their home equity. Deb provides extreme excellence along the way with each and every step, ensuring you have a smooth and understandable experience!
In Deb’s personal time, she enjoys working with youth, spending time outdoors (when it’s not raining), spending time with Senior Citizens (she loves their wisdom), chasing the elusive little white or bright pink golf ball, and spending time with her beloved four legged furry sons – Jake and Wilson, an entertaining Jack Russell Terrier and Wilson, a very appreciative rescue who was living on a tree in South Carolina.
Deb has been recognized by Seattle Magazine as a Five Star Mortgage Professional for the past several years including 2017 – a designation awarded to less than 4% of mortgage professionals in the area. She has served and is an active member in the Seattle King County Women’s Council of Realtors, Women Business Owner’s of Seattle, and Executive Women International.
